Pre-book your next appointment · the best way to secure the perfect time for your next appointment is to reserve your space at the end of the appointment you're attending. That way the schedule time works in your favor and we can accommodate your schedule.

PAYMENT

For your convenience we accept cash and all major credit cards.
LATENESS + CANCELLATION

Lateness
In order to satisfy and to be courteous to everyone’s schedule a lateness policy must be observed. Please give the salon a heads up if you’re running late. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Lateness of more than 25% of your total appointment time (i.e. 15 minutes on an hour appointment or 10 minutes late on a 30 minute appointment) will result in a need for to be flexiblily (i.e. forego the blow-dry of a haircut) or rescheduling your appointment. (Rescheduling as a result of lateness will result in a no-show cancellation fee.
Cancellation
In order to better serve you, a cancellation policy must be enforced. Appointments may be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Any appointment that is cancelled within the work day or not met by way of a no-show will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment value.
GRATUITY

Standard gratuity rates are kindly appreciated. Preferred method would be cash, venmo, or zelle.
